We are not asking you to sell the IRONHUE brand. We manufacture your products under your label, and we tool for it: moulded end caps, colour matched to a Pantone reference, weight marking in kilograms or pounds, retail or bulk packaging.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask before the first order
Are you a factory or a trading company?
IRONHUE is a manufacturer. We operate our own production facility in China, where casting, coating, plating, assembly, sewing and inspection are all carried out in house. Factory visits and third-party audits are welcome.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 kg per SKU; private-label with a moulded logo starts at 1,000 kg per SKU, as does a custom Pantone colour. Mixed containers across dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, bars and sewn goods are accepted, and a first order is normally one 20ft container.
Can you manufacture under our own brand?
Yes. Private label is our core business. Logo marking, colour matching to a Pantone reference, weight marking in kg or lb and custom packaging are available across every line.
How long does production take?
Sampling normally takes two to three weeks after artwork approval. Bulk lead time runs 25 to 40 days depending on the line and coating, quoted per order with your proforma invoice.
Which markets do you already ship to?
Our main markets are Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, Korea, Japan and Australia. We ship elsewhere on request.
Do you publish container loading figures?
Yes. Net and gross weight, carton dimensions and 20ft, 40ft and 40ft high-cube loading quantities are supplied with every quotation so you can calculate landed cost before you commit.
Do you publish test certificates?
We publish specifications we can stand behind and we do not publish third-party certification we do not hold. Every batch is weight-checked against calibrated scales and inspected in house for coating, dimension and finish. Where a market or a tender requires independent test data, appoint your own testing or inspection agency — we will supply samples and arrange access to production. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.
