Build your brand on our production line.

We operate a dedicated production facility built to serve distributors and brands that want to bring their own label to market. We do not ask you to sell our brand. We manufacture yours, with the consistency of a factory that owns every stage of the process.

Process

Five steps from artwork to container

The same sequence applies to every private-label order. Timing is stated so a launch can be planned backwards from the shipping date.

Marking

How your logo goes on

The right process depends on the material. Moulded marks are permanent and need tooling; printed and engraved marks need none.

FAQ

Private label: FAQ

What is the minimum quantity for a custom logo order?

It depends on the marking process. Printed and engraved logos need no tooling and carry a low MOQ. Moulded logos require a mould per product size, so the MOQ is set to cover tooling; the tooling charge is quoted with the first order and retained for repeats.

Do you charge for tooling?

Moulded end caps, plate faces and kettlebell bodies require a mould, quoted once. Printing, laser engraving and stitching carry no tooling charge.

How long does sampling take?

Two to three weeks from artwork and colour approval. Sample charges and courier terms are confirmed before we begin and are normally credited against the first bulk order.

Will you produce for a brand that competes with your other customers?

Yes, and confidentially. Customer names, artwork and product photographs are never published without written permission, and we do not photograph another brand's product for this website.

Can you match our existing supplier's product?

Send a physical sample. We will confirm what can be matched exactly and where a mould change is needed.

How long does production take?

Sampling normally takes two to three weeks after artwork approval. Bulk lead time runs 25 to 40 days depending on the line and coating, quoted per order with your proforma invoice.

Do you publish test certificates?

We publish specifications we can stand behind and we do not publish third-party certification we do not hold. Every batch is weight-checked against calibrated scales and inspected in house for coating, dimension and finish. Where a market or a tender requires independent test data, appoint your own testing or inspection agency — we will supply samples and arrange access to production. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.

Can you match our existing supplier's product?

Send a physical sample. We will confirm what can be matched exactly and where a mould change is needed.
