Dumbbells
Round and hex dumbbells in five coating systems, cast, coated and assembled in our own plant. The dumbbell is the highest-volume item in any commercial gym order, so this is the line we tool most heavily for private label: end caps, colour and weight marking are all customer-defined.

Urethane Dumbbells
Premium commercial. Odourless, non-marking, longest service life.
TPU Dumbbells
Urethane performance at a lower entry price. Softer surface, no odour.
Rubber Dumbbells
The volume commercial dumbbell. Round or hex, black or colour-coded.
Vinyl & Neoprene Dumbbells
Studio and retail weights, 0.5–10 kg, in the full colour range.
Chrome Dumbbells
Polished chrome, 2.5–100 kg. For hotels, residential and premium retail.
Fitting out a boutique studio, hotel or residential gym? Chrome dumbbells are specified for appearance rather than daily abuse, and are usually ordered alongside chrome steel plates so the room reads as one set.

FAQ
Dumbbells: questions buyers ask
What is the difference between urethane and rubber dumbbells?
Urethane is a cast, non-porous polymer. It has no odour, does not mark floors and holds its colour and edge far longer than rubber. It costs more per kilogram, which is why it is specified for premium commercial floors while rubber remains the budget commercial option.
TPU or CPU: which should a distributor stock?
Stock both if you sell into two price tiers. CPU for chains and premium studios, TPU for mid-market commercial and higher-end home gym retail.
Do rubber dumbbells smell?
Recycled rubber compounds carry an initial odour that fades within a few weeks of unpacking. A low-odour compound is available where a buyer specifies it.
Vinyl or neoprene?
Neoprene has a matt, soft-touch finish and is the retail favourite. Vinyl is glossier, easier to wipe down and slightly cheaper. Both use the same cast iron core.
Will chrome dumbbells rust in a humid gym?
Multi-layer plating (copper, nickel, chrome) is specified for humid environments. The salt-spray rating is stated on the specification sheet.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 kg per SKU; private-label with a moulded logo starts at 1,000 kg per SKU, as does a custom Pantone colour. Mixed containers across dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, bars and sewn goods are accepted, and a first order is normally one 20ft container.
Do you publish test certificates?
We publish specifications we can stand behind and we do not publish third-party certification we do not hold. Every batch is weight-checked against calibrated scales and inspected in house for coating, dimension and finish. Where a market or a tender requires independent test data, appoint your own testing or inspection agency — we will supply samples and arrange access to production. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.
