How IRONHUE LIMITED collects and handles the information you send us through this website. Last updated 1 September 2026.
Who is responsible
IRONHUE LIMITED, Room 1203, No.5 Jinzhong Road, Huli District, Xiamen, Fujian 361000, China, is the controller of the personal data described below. For any question about this notice or about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit a quotation request we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, company, work email address, country or destination port, the products and quantities you are asking about, and anything else you choose to write in the message field. We also record the page the enquiry came from and the time it was submitted.
We do not ask for, and do not want, special categories of personal data. Please do not send them.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details to prepare and send you a quotation, to answer your questions, and to carry out the commercial relationship that follows if you place an order. Under the GDPR this is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we later send you commercial messages that are not a reply to your own enquiry, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by our export sales team. It is transmitted and stored using Formspree, a form processing service, and reaches us by email. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page performance without cookies and without tracking individual visitors. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not pass it to other manufacturers or agents.
Where it goes
We are based in China and our service providers operate internationally, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or the UK we do so on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. You can ask us for details of the safeguard that applies to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Where an order follows, we keep the correspondence and transaction records for as long as required by commercial and tax law, and then delete them.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You can also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]; we will reply within one month.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site against automated abuse. If we add advertising or analytics tools that use cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
Changes
If we change how we handle enquiry data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
