Do you offer exclusive territory rights?
Territory arrangements are discussed case by case and depend on committed annual volume. Non-exclusive distribution is available from the first container.
What support do you provide to distributors?
Product photography, catalogue files, specification sheets, sample support, trade show cooperation and a starter mixed container configured for your market.
What is the first order requirement?
Normally one 20ft container, mixed across lines. The starter container is designed to test a market without committing to single-line volume.
Do you publish container loading figures?
Yes. Net and gross weight, carton dimensions and 20ft, 40ft and 40ft high-cube loading quantities are supplied with every quotation so you can calculate landed cost before you commit.
Do you publish test certificates?
We publish specifications we can stand behind and we do not publish third-party certification we do not hold. Every batch is weight-checked against calibrated scales and inspected in house for coating, dimension and finish. Where a market or a tender requires independent test data, appoint your own testing or inspection agency — we will supply samples and arrange access to production. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.
