Packing and container loading

PackingPolybag + carton
Units per carton10
Carton weightNW 25 kg / GW 26 kg
Carton size55 × 35 × 25 cm
CBM per carton0.04813
Container loading20 ft: 5,810 pcs  ·  40 ft: 10,000 pcs  ·  40 ft HQ: 10,000 pcs

Container figures are planning estimates, not a guaranteed load. They are calculated as the lower of usable packed volume (28 / 56 / 68 m³ for 20 ft, 40 ft and 40 ft HQ) and gross payload (21.5 / 26 / 26 tonnes). Free weights are normally payload-limited, which is why a 40 ft high cube carries no more weight than a standard 40 ft. Actual loading is confirmed against your assortment and destination port before the proforma invoice is issued.

Figures marked in yellow are confirmed per model on the specification sheet supplied with your quotation. Container loading (net/gross weight, carton size, 20ft / 40ft / 40ft HC quantities) is issued with every quote.

FAQ

Cable Attachments: FAQ

Can attachments ship in the same container as free weights?

Yes. Attachments are light and fill the top of a container that is weight-limited by plates and dumbbells.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is 500 kg per SKU; private-label with a moulded logo starts at 1,000 kg per SKU, as does a custom Pantone colour. Mixed containers across dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, bars and sewn goods are accepted, and a first order is normally one 20ft container.

How long does production take?

Sampling normally takes two to three weeks after artwork approval. Bulk lead time runs 25 to 40 days depending on the line and coating, quoted per order with your proforma invoice.

Do you publish test certificates?

We publish specifications we can stand behind and we do not publish third-party certification we do not hold. Every batch is weight-checked against calibrated scales and inspected in house for coating, dimension and finish. Where a market or a tender requires independent test data, appoint your own testing or inspection agency — we will supply samples and arrange access to production. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.
